Additional Information
This course is ideal for HR and Total Rewards professionals responsible for ensuring that compensation programs are strategically positioned and aligned with Total Rewards strategies in their organization. We recommend taking Creating Impact Through Total Rewards as the first course toward your CCP and/or GRP certification.
The course requires additional work outside of standard class time. You should plan to spend approximately 9 hours in a virtual class and 5 hours on self-guided work. Some prework is required in preparation for the first day of class.
You must pass the required certification exam accompanying this course to acquire your certification. A practice exam is provided within the course materials to test your readiness and help identify knowledge gaps where you might need additional study.
