Upon purchase, you are granted access to courses and exams through your WorldatWork Profile. Virtual and In-person courses are accessible for 120 days from the course end date.  E-Learning courses and Exams are accessible for 120 days from the purchase date. 

Courses and exams purchased prior to Oct. 1, 2023, are beyond the 120-day access period so they are no longer accessible. Course history and exam results, however, are available on your WorldatWork profile.
