Terms and Conditions
- Purchase of the CCP E-Learning Certification Bundle represents a commitment to complete all the required courses and exams to fulfill the certification in the specified time frame.
- Bundle includes:
- Access to all eight required courses and exams.
- One complimentary exam retake.
- A two-year individual professional membership. - Bundle fees:
- Is eligible for a full refund within 30 days after purchase if the course materials have not been accessed.
- Is eligible for a pro-rated refund within 30 days after purchase if only the first course materials are accessed.
- Becomes nonrefundable and nontransferable 30 days after purchase or once materials beyond the first course (Creating Impact for Total Rewards) are accessed. - All other terms and conditions from the Payment/Return/Cancellation Policies apply.
Course and Exam Access
- Purchase of the CCP E-Learning Certification Bundle provides access to all course materials and exams immediately upon purchase.
- The access period for all courses and exams (including exam retakes, if applicable) is two years from the purchase date.
- Access to all the courses and exams is removed automatically one day after the access period.
- Extensions or accommodations for course or exam access beyond the access period must be requested before the access period expires.
